To support on-going expenses of maintaining the Conservancy, gift Items, events, novelties and embroidered clothing are offered for sale to the public. Some of the ongoing expenses include the reforestation of the area previously used for fill removal, mowing (landscaping) and maintenance of the property for all to enjoy. Reforestation: Over 800 pine trees of various sizes have been planted near the easternmost perimeter bordering the Interstate and in various other locations around the property. Trails: Trails traversing the wooded portion of the Conservancy have been designated and cleared. They are marked for walking. Motorized vehicles are not allowed. Picnic area: To accommodate Conservancy needs, an open area has been cleared and is used for member functions. The Boutique is open every Saturday in July from 10 to Noon during July
